The building

Sleeved candles only. Nothing fixed into the panelling — use the picture rail and the keeper's hooks. Confetti outside must be paper.

Sound and neighbours

Music ends at 23:00 unless the late finish is confirmed in writing. Doors on the lane side stay shut after 21:00.

Leaving

Out by your booked hour, bins in the yard, floor swept. The deposit returns within the week when the room comes back as it went out.
