How it works
The whole process, including the handoffs.
A strong service website explains what the customer does, what the business checks, and where confirmation still depends on a person or connected system.

- 01
Walk the garden
A first walk-round sets the cadence, the visit price and anything the garden needs before joining.
- 02
Take a slot on the street
Rounds run street by street, so your visit day is fixed by geography and stays put.
- 03
Visits run to the rota
Each pass covers lawns plus whatever the rotation and season call for, then ends with a photo note.
- 04
Review each season
Four times a year the note proposes what the next season needs; nothing extra happens unagreed.
What the website must not do
Make an unearned promise.
- No inactive record is selectable.
- No quote form invents a final price.
- No request claims a confirmed slot.
- No sensitive form content enters analytics.
