Platform Terms

Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Fetch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. “Fetch”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Fetch platform operated at fetchapp.cc.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share your sign-in codes.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Fetch.

What you can do

Fetch gives you tools to build, publish, and manage a website for your business. You may use the platform to create websites, manage bookings, collect enquiries, publish content, and connect a custom domain.

Your content

• You own the content you create on Fetch (text, images, designs).
• You grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service.
• You must not publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• We may remove content that violates these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Fetch for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications through the platform.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Plans and billing

• Fetch offers free and paid plans. Plan features and limits are shown on the billing page in your dashboard.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Fetch available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for temporary unavailability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fetch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
